Created for his last show "Between Three Universes" at the Annie Wable Gallery (in Lille, France), artist +Nanan created a 12" tall hybrid of a lamp and a toy, dubbed "Amaterasu". With the body made of resin and the head featuring a recycled retro headlight, each piece is fully painted, with other new ones to appear in a few months. Production-status is pending confirmation (we have our fingers crossed for you Gabriel!). Meanwhile, here are collective snaps to gawk-at, including a swell 3A-body-form utilized and posted below!

Asked what his inspiration was in creating the lamps, Nanan replied: "Actually creating lamps was my first job and I wanted to mix it with my passion for toys, there was a long time I wanted to do my own design... and now it's done!" ~ Check out more swell snaps of the event and other customs on Nanan's new Facebook-page.
